Bobinage

A magnetic field is generated by current flowing through a coil or a winding attached to an iron core. In a universal motor this magnetic coil is called field winding. In a rotary current motor this coil is called stator winding. The magnetic flux in a universal motor is dependent on current and load since the field winding and the stator are both charged alike.
