Needle descaler
The needle descaler is designed to clean corroded reinforcement iron in concrete, to roughen up surfaces, to remove rust and old paintwork from hard backing surfaces. As a rule, needle descalers for power tools like light rotary and percussion hammers are available as an attachment. A bundle of hardened steel needles is thrust forward by the striking mechanism of the drive machine and removes stock. The large number of needles is capable of adjusting to the surface structure of the processed material.
