Cordless cross-cut saws
Basically, cross-cut saws are circular saws for stationary operation. They are mainly used for the precise length cutting of battens, squared timber beams and panels.
Mitres can be sawed by tilting the saw or alternatively by turning the saw towards the baseplate. A typical field of application of cordless cross-cut saws are standard cutting operations for dry-wall constructions, trade fair constructions, roof coverings. The same applies with reference to the sawblades as for cordless circular saws: special sawblades must be used with particularly low face width. Due to the high power demand of cordless cross-cut saws, high operating voltages (e.g. 24 volt) are recommended.
