Vibration damping
Vibrations occur during tool operation. They are effectively reduced by exact balancing of all rotating parts. In order to absorb the shock waves produced by the hammer system, the handle grips on rotary hammers are either fitted with rubber suspensions or padded with foam rubber. As a result, the peaks of the shock waves are damped. The outcome is a pleasant working performance with a safe grip and a fatigue-proof hand-arm-shoulder position.
