Push-button switch
Nowadays push-button switches are the standard on/off switches in power tools. They are integrated into the handle and can be easily activated with light finger pressure. The switch speed is determined by a preloaded mechanical spring which engages the switch suddenly even if it is compressed slowly.
The term pressure switch is also used for the on/off switch of a compressed-air generator.
