FET electronics
FET stands for Field Effect Transistor, it belongs to the family of unipolar transistors. It is used in industrial electronics as P- or N-channel and self-conducting junction-gate field effect transistor in appliances which operate on low operational voltage and high efficiency ratio. The junction-gate field effect transistor is unipolar and voltage-controlled.
FET electronics are used in control switches for battery-powered tools.
