Eye protection
When you work with power tools chips, splinters or dust are often created in direct vicinity of the tool user. If these particles enter into the eyes, they can be irreversibly damaged. For most power tool applications the use of protective goggles is recommended, for certain applications (e.g. sanding, brushing) they are mandatory for obvious reasons, especially in trade and industry. Since the danger potential is the same for home user as for the tradesman, domestic users should also be convinced of the benefits of wearing protective goggles.
