Blade types
Blade is short for screwdriver blade.
Predominantly, blades with a 1/4" hexagonal tool fitting are used, however some industrial tools require a 7/16" or 3 mm tool fitting. Critical for the effectiveness of the blade is the correct choice of blade thickness and width in relation to the slot on the screw.
