Use the various access to knowledge options, find the information which is relevant for you and therefore improve your competence in giving advice!

On the information pages (e.g. in the encyclopedia, the house of applications,…) you can book courses. Those will appear on your personal desktop (see „personal desktop“ – „my tasks“) where they can be worked on.
